Bye Bye ICT (it's so good to be back)
State of Being : Ecstatic
Finally the nightmare is over. The past 2 weeks of ICT in Thailand has been quite an experience. Training in hot weather of 33-38 degree celsius is no mean feat. Not to mention that we had to forgo the luxury of hot showers while outfield.
Let me recall the number of "1st times" during this reservist - 1st time sh*tting outfield (cannot 'tahan' during the 9 days out-camp), 1st time bitten by a centipede while dismantling the BCS, 1st time having to direct the BCS/S1 branch during alternate displacement, 1st time being 'surrounded' by herds of cows at one of the displacement ground, 1st time donning the netted/mesh/see-thru tee in public (i.e. in the camp overseas), 1st time bathing from a communal bathtub (see photo in previous entry of 16 Jul), 1st time having a photo taken with an alligator (attached below), & last of all, 1st time witnessing Thai seedy massage parlours (aka the 'fishes in the tanks'!!!)
