Time to catch the Flight

Tick Tock. Tick Tock. Keeps looking at the time with each passing seconds. Sigh. Will be leaving for the airport in around an hour time. Next week this time I will be roughing it out in the fields. Certainly not looking forward to it. =( If only I could fast-forward the time to 5 Aug when I'm back in sunny Singapore!

I'm Leaving on a TG

This year's ICT is exceptionally long - 3 weeks in all, with 2 weeks overseas. Really dread going overseas for exercise. Heard so much about the showing facilities at the overseas camp.
Apparently we have to scoop murky water from a common tub for our showers (see below photo). To make matters worse, felt so 'cheated' that some of us who are leaving on the earlier flight (19 Jul) will be coming back on the later flight (4 Aug)!!! WTF!!! Curse $%^& the person-in-chrg who did the flight arrangement!!!

State of Being : Disappointed
Cannot recall when was the last time I went to Marina South for BBQ steamboat dinner. Probably during JC/NS days I suppose. Sure feels weird having dinner there last Sat night... memories of kite-flying & bowling flood my mind once more. Went bowling after dinner and was extremely disappointed by my dismay performance.
Though I have not bowled for donkey years but still the performance was below my own expectation. I would like to think that my tired right wrist has something to do with it. Apparently, had this problem - Repetitive Strain Injuries in the right wrist for quite some time already. Even had to resort to using my left hand for clicking the mouse during work sometimes (one of my colleagues joked that I was trying to train myself to become ambidextrous!). Sigh. Anw, hopefully will put up a better performance if I ever get the chance to bowl again in the near future...
